Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 26, 2026

One-column privacy documentation with clear, transparent, and customer-trust focused disclosures.

This policy is written in plain language. It explains exactly what we collect, what we do not collect, why data is used, how it may be shared, how long it is retained, and what rights users have.

1. Scope and Purpose

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the JSR website and related ecosystem surfaces, including informational pages, community interfaces, store modules, token-reference pages, and support/contact touchpoints (collectively, the "Platform"). This policy is written to be direct and transparent so users can understand exactly what data is collected, why it is collected, how it may be shared, and what control options are available.

If you do not agree with this policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge this policy and the associated Terms & Conditions. Where a local law grants stronger privacy protections than this policy, those legal protections will apply.

2. What We Collect (and What We Do Not Collect)

Depending on the feature you use, we may collect: (a) technical and analytics data such as page views, session timing, device/browser metadata, approximate region, and feature interactions; (b) wallet connection metadata (for example, public wallet address, chain/network context, transaction references initiated by the user); (c) communication data such as support messages, feedback, bug reports, and moderation interactions; (d) commerce and order context where applicable, including product selections, checkout context, shipping/contact details entered by users, and transaction status references; and (e) optional user-provided inputs such as newsletter sign-up details.

We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or custodial wallet credentials. We cannot access your wallet funds by default and cannot recover wallet credentials if they are lost. Public blockchain data (for example, wallet addresses and transaction hashes) may be visible on-chain independently of this Platform and may be associated with your activity when you initiate on-chain interactions.

3. How Data Is Collected

Data may be collected directly from you when you submit forms, connect wallets, initiate purchases, communicate with support, or interact with community features. Data may also be collected automatically through log systems, telemetry, security monitoring, cookies/local storage technologies, and performance analytics tools used to operate and improve the Platform.

Some data is received from third-party infrastructure providers, such as wallet integrations, analytics services, payment channels, content delivery providers, anti-abuse systems, or blockchain explorers. We use this data to provide service continuity, maintain security, diagnose errors, and improve experience quality.

4. Why We Use Data

We use data to operate and maintain the Platform, authenticate and secure sessions, detect and prevent abuse, process transactions and order flows, respond to user requests, improve product reliability, and understand aggregate usage trends. We also use data for compliance obligations, incident response, fraud prevention, and enforcement of Platform policies.

Where we communicate product updates, campaign notices, or service messages, we do so using user-provided contact channels and in accordance with applicable consent rules. We do not use your data for hidden profiling promises or undisclosed monetization claims. We aim to limit usage to legitimate operational, safety, and product purposes.

6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functionality (for example, session continuity), security (for example, abuse detection), performance tuning, and analytics insights. Some trackers may be strictly necessary to run the website, while others may be optional depending on regional requirements and consent settings.

You can manage cookie preferences through browser settings and, where available, consent controls provided by the Platform. Disabling certain technologies may reduce feature availability or impact performance and personalization.

7. Wallet and Blockchain Transparency

The Platform follows a non-custodial model for wallet interactions. When users connect a wallet, we may process the public wallet address and related connection metadata needed to present relevant features. Because blockchain networks are public ledgers, transactions initiated by users may be permanently visible and independently indexed by third parties.

Important transparency point: on-chain visibility is not controlled solely by this Platform. Even if you stop using the Platform, previously published on-chain records can remain publicly accessible. You should consider this before connecting wallets and executing transactions.

8. Store, Payments, and Order Data

If you use store features, we may process data required for order handling, fraud checks, checkout support, returns/refunds handling where applicable, and customer communication. Depending on implementation, payment details may be processed by third-party payment providers rather than directly stored by us. We aim to minimize direct retention of sensitive payment information.

Order and commerce records may be retained for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, and support reasons. Cashback/reward references and commerce programs may require validation logs to prevent misuse, including duplicate redemption, bot behavior, and manipulated transactions.

9. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share data with service providers who support hosting, analytics, security operations, customer support, communication delivery, order logistics, and legal compliance. These providers are expected to process data under contractual obligations and only to the extent needed for service delivery.

We may disclose data when required by law, regulation, court order, lawful authority request, or to protect users, the Platform, and the public from fraud, abuse, or security threats. We do not sell personal data as a hidden business model representation in this policy. If this position changes, the policy will be updated explicitly.

10. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including security monitoring, service integrity, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and policy enforcement. Different categories may have different retention periods based on risk and compliance requirements.

Where data is no longer required, we seek deletion, anonymization, or irreversible aggregation where practical. Certain records may be retained longer if required for legal defense, anti-fraud investigations, tax/accounting obligations, or mandatory regulatory processes.

11. Security Practices

We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, loss, and tampering of data. Security controls may include access restrictions, logging, anomaly detection, abuse prevention systems, and environment-level protections appropriate to service context.

No internet system is perfectly secure. You are also responsible for your side of security: protect wallet credentials, use strong passwords where relevant, avoid phishing links, verify domains before signing transactions, and report suspicious behavior promptly.

12. Children and Minor Users

The Platform is not intended to collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a minor has provided data without required consent, contact us so we can review and remove the data as appropriate.

Where local law requires parental consent or age-specific safeguards, users and guardians are responsible for complying with those requirements before participating in features that collect personal information.

13. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port certain personal data, and rights related to consent withdrawal and complaint submission. You may also have rights to know what categories of data are processed and how they are disclosed.

To exercise rights, submit a request through official support channels with enough detail to identify your request. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling requests to protect user security. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security needs, or fraud-prevention requirements.

14. International Data Handling

Platform services and providers may operate across multiple regions. As a result, data may be processed or stored in jurisdictions different from your residence. We seek to apply reasonable safeguards and contractual protections where cross-border processing occurs.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that cross-border processing may occur as part of delivering global services, security operations, and infrastructure support.

16. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal requirements, product changes, security practices, and operational improvements. Updated versions become effective when published, unless a different effective date is stated.

Material changes will be communicated through reasonable methods (for example, page updates, notices, or in-product alerts where appropriate). Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acknowledgment of the revised policy.

17. Contact, Questions, and Escalation

For privacy questions, data requests, corrections, or complaints, use official support and communication channels published by the Platform. To help us respond quickly, include your request type, relevant page/feature context, and any identifiers needed to locate records.

If you are unsatisfied with a response, you may escalate according to applicable law through competent supervisory or regulatory authorities in your jurisdiction. We support transparent resolution and good-faith handling of privacy concerns.
