1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JSR website, applications, digital content, community channels, store features, token-related pages, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, contributors, and participants, whether browsing public pages, engaging with community features, or interacting with any commerce or digital asset components.

These Terms are intended to establish clear expectations for responsible participation, lawful behavior, and fair usage of a culture-first ecosystem. You acknowledge that continued use after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law, and that your use of the Platform is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access and participation comply with local, regional, national, and international laws, including laws related to digital assets, online services, taxation, sanctions, and consumer protection.

You are responsible for all actions conducted through your devices, wallets, social profiles, or communication channels used with the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information when interacting with support, forms, campaigns, and community processes. You must not misrepresent identity, impersonate another person, or engage in deceptive or fraudulent behavior. You are expected to act in good faith and in a manner consistent with the Platform’s safety, trust, and utility principles.

3. Scope of Services

The Platform may include informational content, narrative experiences, game experiences, social/community programs, collectibles pages, store listings, and token-related utility references. Any feature may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time. Roadmaps, previews, demos, and planned modules are informational and do not guarantee release dates, final specifications, or continued availability.

References to products, games, assets, governance, rewards, staking concepts, or integrations are subject to change based on technical readiness, legal review, security requirements, operational constraints, and market conditions. The Platform may contain prototype content and future-state descriptions. Nothing on the Platform creates a contractual obligation to launch any specific feature exactly as displayed.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, damage Platform integrity, or disrupt normal operations. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, hate speech, violent threats, doxxing, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized scraping, wallet abuse, social engineering, exploit attempts, reward manipulation, bot-driven abuse, and any attempt to bypass security controls or eligibility logic.

You must not use automated systems to overload the Platform, manipulate metrics, or gain unfair access to resources, offers, or programs. You must not submit false reports, fabricated claims, or misleading compliance documentation. The Platform reserves the right to investigate suspicious behavior and to suspend, restrict, or terminate access where misuse, abuse, legal risk, or security threats are identified.

5. Wallets, Digital Assets, and Blockchain Interactions

Certain Platform features may involve non-custodial wallet connections and on-chain interactions. You retain sole control of your wallet credentials, seed phrases, private keys, and transaction signing decisions. The Platform does not request or store private keys and cannot recover lost wallet access, reverse blockchain-confirmed transactions, or recover assets sent to incorrect addresses.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and may involve network fees, slippage, delays, failed executions, or smart contract risk. You are responsible for verifying addresses, network selection, permissions, and transaction details before confirming any operation. The Platform may present on-chain references for transparency, but ultimate execution responsibility remains with the user.

6. Utility Token Positioning and Risk Disclosure

JSR is presented as a utility-oriented digital token model within a broader ecosystem of content, gaming, community, and platform participation. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, portfolio advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of price performance. The Platform does not promise fixed returns, guaranteed appreciation, guaranteed liquidity, or guaranteed participation outcomes.

Digital asset markets are volatile and may be affected by adoption risk, liquidity conditions, regulatory changes, cybersecurity incidents, operational constraints, and broader market sentiment. You acknowledge that token-related participation involves risk, including potential loss of value. You should evaluate suitability independently and consult professional advisors where required.

7. NFT, Collectibles, and Marketplace Principles

Collectible content and NFT-related materials are intended for cultural, creative, and utility-oriented participation as defined by the Platform’s evolving model. Ownership of a collectible does not automatically grant corporate equity, profit share, governance rights beyond explicitly documented utility, or unrestricted commercial rights to all related brand/IP assets unless specifically stated in writing.

Marketplace behavior must remain lawful and non-manipulative. Wash trading, spoof listing behavior, fraudulent listing practices, stolen asset listings, metadata abuse, and any exploitative activity are prohibited. The Platform may limit discoverability, remove references, or suspend related integrations where misconduct, legal violations, or safety concerns are detected.

8. Store Purchases, Pricing, Cashback, and Order Terms

Store listings, prices, discounts, inventory indicators, and cashback values are displayed for user convenience and may be updated without prior notice. Product descriptions, category labels, and visuals are provided on an informational basis and may vary due to supplier updates, logistics, or display differences. The Platform reserves the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, reject suspicious orders, or cancel orders where fraud, compliance risk, or technical malfunction is identified.

Where cashback or reward references are displayed, they are subject to defined program rules, eligibility checks, anti-abuse controls, and change notices. Taxes, shipping, payment processor fees, customs duties, and cross-border restrictions may apply depending on user location and payment route. Users are responsible for entering accurate order details and ensuring lawful use of purchased products.

9. Community Participation, Campaigns, and Seva Programs

Community channels are intended for respectful participation, constructive discussion, and mission-aligned engagement. Users must avoid defamation, intimidation, disinformation, and behavior that endangers users, volunteers, moderators, or partner communities. Campaign participation, events, and benefit structures may include eligibility thresholds and conduct requirements that can change over time.

Claims relating to donations, social impact, and nonprofit-aligned initiatives must be honest and verifiable. Any attempt to exploit seva messaging for fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized fundraising is prohibited. The Platform may request clarification, evidence, or identity verification where misuse is suspected and may restrict access pending review.

10. Intellectual Property and License Limits

All Platform content—including logos, names, visual assets, layouts, text, software elements, and brand identity components—is owned by or licensed to the Platform operator and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Except where explicitly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written authorization.

Limited personal, non-commercial access is granted solely for lawful use of the Platform. This limited license may be revoked at any time if these Terms are violated. User-generated submissions, if accepted in campaigns or community programs, may be subject to additional content licensing terms, attribution standards, moderation rules, and usage permissions.

11. Privacy, Data Use, and Security Practices

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what categories of data may be collected, how data is used, and what safeguards are applied. By using the Platform, you acknowledge the privacy practices described there, including analytics usage, operational monitoring, support workflows, and fraud prevention controls.

While reasonable security measures are applied, no internet system can be guaranteed as fully secure. You are responsible for practicing security hygiene, including safe wallet usage, phishing awareness, and careful handling of personal credentials. You agree not to test or breach security controls without explicit authorization.

12. Third-Party Services and External Links

The Platform may link to third-party services such as blockchain explorers, wallet providers, social channels, payment processors, app stores, or external community tools. These services are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy policies, and risk profiles. The Platform does not control and is not responsible for third-party service uptime, data handling, pricing, legal compliance, or security incidents.

You acknowledge that using third-party links is at your own risk and that you should independently review the terms and trust posture of each external service. Any interaction with third-party tools or providers is solely between you and that provider unless explicitly stated otherwise.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law. The Platform does not warrant uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, continuous compatibility, error-free operation, or fitness for any specific purpose not explicitly stated.

Information on product pages, policy pages, roadmap pages, and token pages may evolve over time and should not be interpreted as permanent guarantees. You accept that technical interruptions, maintenance windows, legal updates, market changes, and infrastructure events may affect service continuity.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform operator, affiliates, contributors, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses related to digital assets, transaction outcomes, business interruption, data incidents, or third-party service failures.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, total aggregate liability shall be limited to the minimum amount required by law and, where applicable, capped to amounts directly paid by you to the Platform for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform operator and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, your misuse of Platform features, your infringement of third-party rights, or your fraudulent or abusive conduct.

This indemnity obligation survives termination of your use and applies to actions brought by private parties, public authorities, or regulatory entities where your conduct causes legal exposure to the Platform.

16. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

The Platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user, wallet interaction, or account-linked feature at any time where required for legal compliance, security protection, abuse prevention, or policy enforcement. This may include temporary review-based restrictions pending investigation.

Termination does not eliminate obligations accrued before termination, including obligations related to indemnity, liability limits, dispute provisions, and lawful investigations. The Platform may preserve logs and records where required for legal, safety, or auditing purposes.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined by the Platform operator’s legal framework and mandatory consumer protections where users reside. Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written notice and a reasonable negotiation period.

If resolution is not reached, disputes may be submitted to competent courts or arbitration forums as required by applicable policy and law. Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek urgent injunctive relief for misuse, fraud, security abuse, or intellectual property infringement.

18. Changes to Terms

The Platform may modify these Terms to reflect legal developments, feature changes, security practices, business operations, and user-protection improvements. Updated Terms become effective when published with an updated effective date unless otherwise required by law.

You are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with material changes, you must discontinue use of affected services.

19. Contact and Legal Notices

For legal notices, compliance concerns, policy clarifications, or requests regarding these Terms, users should use the official support and communication channels published by the Platform. Any notice must include sufficient details to identify the issue, relevant page/feature, and the requested remedy.

This document is intended as a comprehensive platform terms framework and should be reviewed periodically with qualified legal counsel to ensure jurisdictional compliance across consumer law, digital asset regulation, e-commerce obligations, and privacy frameworks.
